Next-Day Service – SureShip® (Bullet)

SureShip is a next-business-day service for qualifying Bullet orders that meet all requirements and are fully processed by 9:00 PM ET. We’ll get your order picked, decorated and out the door the very next business day. Note: This is production time only; shipping time is additional. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about timelines.

• One decoration method only.
• One standard decoration location only (umbrellas: up to two locations).
• Artwork must be production-ready vector (no changes or rebuilding).
• Order must meet minimum quantities; maximums vary by decoration method.
• All items must ship from a single decoration location.
• Rush orders do NOT receive proofs – proofing must be waived.

Approximate SureShip quantity limits (Bullet):

• Digital Print / Digital Inkjet: up to 300 pieces.
• Digital Transfer: up to 300 pieces (product- and method-dependent).
• Laser Plus: up to 200 pieces.
• Deboss: not available for SureShip.
• Sublimation / Infusion: not available for SureShip.
• Embroidery: up to 100 pieces.

Not eligible for SureShip:

• Less-than-minimum orders, typesetting or art modifications.
• Spec samples, self-promotions, Perfectly Packaged orders.
• Orders requiring paper proofs or pre-production samples.
• Orders with special handling/insertions or more than 10 drop shipments.

Final rush eligibility and ship date will be confirmed once your order, artwork and stock are reviewed. Quantity limits above are a general guide; actual eligibility is method and item specific.
